Prep the Surface: We utilize a diamond grinding machine to smooth out imperfections and open the pores of the concrete to more readily bind with the coatings.

Apply the Base Coat: We apply our specially formulated and designed moisture vapor barrier epoxy base coat to your freshly prepared surface.

Spread the Polymer Chips: While the base coat is still wet, we’ll spread your chosen polymer chips and evenly distribute them throughout. This allows them to harden with the coating, providing necessary texture and increased durability.

Preparing for the Clear Coating: After the materials have ample time to bond — usually a day — we’ll finish preparing for the second clear coat. We’ll wipe away excess polymer chips to ensure your new floor will look its absolute best.
